The Lx Hill

Very kind, friendly and helpful staff. I lost the ID card for my room and it was no problem, even at 2 am I could call the emergency number and somebody came over to help me. Aswell I forgot my passport in the room when I checked out. But those nice preople sent it back to me to germany. The hostel is in the middle of the city and its easy to reach every location easily by foot or by uber. They keep a fridge stuffed with cold drinks and rely on your honesty to pay, so you can grab a cold one whenever you like and put a coin in the box. Really enjoyed my stay and can fully recommend the place. Best regards, Patrick.

LXHill is in a really great spot in Lisbon, central to lots going on. The check in was really straightforward and the staff were really helpful about a mix up with rooms that was our fault, they didn’t have to be so accommodating but they were and this really was helpful. Loved the outside area where we had breakfast, this was continental style which found great as a start to our day, there are so many fabulous places to eat in Lisbon you don’t want too much first thing! The rooms were clean, the smaller ones a little tight bathroom wise but not a problem. The honesty bar was a nice touch, they had drinks and snacks available 24 hours you just helped yourself and they trusted you to pay by euros or card. Would definitely stay again

The hostel was in a great location, really close to the city center. The staff were super friendly, breakfast was just right, and everything in our room and also hostel was very clean. We loved the view from our window and really enjoyed our stay. We’d happily come back again.

Breakfast was ok, it could contain maybe boiled or scrambled eggs. Also, it could be server earlier that 8:30, I had a meetings at 9 and I had to hurry every morning so I can manage on time. Maybe they should think to have a breakfast from 7:30-8:00 am. Also, they should have a free coffee at the lobby for breakfast from 7 am. At the fridge in the reception they should also have a wine for purchase. Besides this everything was perfect.

Beautiful building with a great garden and lounge area. The Staff were amazing and very helpful and the breakfast in the morning was a great addition, especially to a hostel stay. It had everything you needed while feeling secure and friendly. It’s location is a short walk from many city sights although the walk is both up and down hills hahaha
